1. How should I do if my order was detained by the customs?
A: In the country of your destination may impose a certainly taxes and other charges,
please confirm that before your shopping from Laserpointerworld.
Laserpointerworld do not provide the service of arranging customs clearance and paying duties,
fees and other charges to the customs and other public authorities.
2.Why do you place order in advance in winter?
A: Our products are dispatched all over the world, as known to all,
the climate of every’s country is different, especially in winter,
because of the influence of weather condition and climate,
the item you purchased will be delayed for some time and transport time is longer than common condition,
we kindly suggest that you should place order in advance so that you can get the item on time and enjoy it.
Shipping Method & Fee ：
We will provide worldwide free shipping by regualr mail. If you want to receive the item earlier,
you can choose the express mail (such as EMS UPS or DHL),
but you need to pay for the express shipping fee.
Delivery Time： Processing Time refers to the time that is needed for handling your order and preparing it to be shipped.
Usually it takes 1-3 business days for the item in stock, including payment,
shipping address confirmation, sourcing, quality controlling test, and packaging.
For some customized item like weeding dresses,
it will take 15-25 business days to prepare before shipping out.
For tattoo products, it will often take 15-20 business days to prepare.
So while your payment is finished, we will begin to handle your order at once.
If the item except the above mentioned products has not been shipped out as we promised after 3 days.
We will take the responsibility for its delay and the inconvenience it might cause to you.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions：
Orders are shipped on business days only.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service
and CANNOT be expedited for free.

1. How long can I receive my Refund?
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after you received our confirmation on the cancellation.
For credit card payment, refund time may vary from different issuing banks' policies.
You may call your credit card issuing Bank to verify your refund.
2. What is your refund policy?
Laserpointerworld is pleased to offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping cost.
Laserpointerworld products are produced by manufacturers all over the place.
While we strive to provide you with quality merchandise at a competitive price, a product might not perform as expected by the time it's delivered.
In such cases, you may ask for a replacement, and on return of the product, you will be shipped a replacement.
Defective products are exchanged within 30 days of shipment.
But please take some photos including package photos,
items’ full figure photos, and damaged item photos in details,
and send the pictures to our email address,
We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good condition.
Our customer specialists may request that you send a picture of the original packaging to research on and help you resolve any product or order related questions.
Laserpointerworld updates its product every week, please do not worry that what you order may be out of stock. And we pursue “what you see is what you get”, anything on the list is available.
